Founded by husband-and-wife duo Megan and Noah, The Locale Group brings together complementary strengths, industry expertise, and a shared passion for helping others find home here in Colorado.

Megan began her real estate career in 2019 before launching a national real estate operations company that has closed over 5,000 transactions and reviews more than 25,000 contracts annually. With years of behind-the-scenes experience supporting agents and clients alike, she brings an unmatched depth of knowledge and a proactive, detail-driven approach to every transaction.

Noah started in real estate as a Short-Term Rental Property Manager in 2023 and later transitioned into inside sales before earning his license in 2025 — quickly closing his first three transactions within just two months. With his strong communication skills and local market insight, Noah helps clients feel confident and supported from start to finish.

Together, Megan and Noah take great pride in clear communication, honesty, and proactive service. Their commitment to transparency means clients always have the full picture — and the options to make the best decisions possible.

As proud residents of Teller County (soon to call Douglas County home), they love everything Colorado has to offer — from the views and weather to the sense of community and connection with nature. Outside of real estate, they’re entrepreneurs at heart, raising their daughter and two German Shepherds while managing several businesses — including importing sport horses from Europe.
